Trinity Out & About (TOA) sponsors fun social gatherings for the entire congregation. Our events take place on a regular basis throughout the church year. Past events have included a private tour of the Van Gogh exhibit at the Philadelphia Museum of Art (led by our own Linda Thorpe, who is a docent at the museum), a trip to Longwood Gardens at Christmas, a fun evening of bowling at Playdrome in Cherry Hill, a tour of Citizens Bank Park and Lincoln Financial Field, and a Moroccan dinner.
But it doesn’t stop there! Many other events are being scheduled for the 2017-18 calendar year, beginning with a historic afternoon in the city of Philadelphia. We’ll begin with lunch at City Tavern followed by a tour of the brand new Museum of the American Revolution.
Check your Work and Worship listings and Tidings for all of the details on future events. Every event will also be listed here on this page and on the church calendar page of the website.
The TOA steering committee includes Betty and Bill Stockwell, Pam and Brian Dougherty, Lis and Cosmo Digneo, Carolyn and Rick Fletcher, Kurt Goetz, Ellen and Frank McCaney, Sue and Doug Nork, and Barbara and John Wilson.
We hope you’ll join us for one or more of our upcoming events and take the opportunity to get to know your fellow Trinity members in a fun social setting. If you have any suggestions for an event you’d like us to consider for the schedule, please email Kurt Goetz at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We look forward to having you go out and about with us soon!
